Place shoes on Shmat (junk mat)
3:15pm meet and greet introduce ourselves
Name, age favorite color or food or fav person, fav toy, fav. Song, fav something every week change it

Mom, dad, grandparent can join class. To do a soft gentle loving yoga poses with baby.

Introduce ourselves name, baby’s name and age
Sequence guided through interacting with baby
Poses such as cat, cow pose
Downward dog, Plank, tree while holding baby, boat pose, bridge pose, bound angle pose, Forward bend,
table top, balance table top, happy baby, child pose etc just gentle poses.

Start with a gentle yoga flow then work our way to more intense beginner poses.
